Unless stated otherwise, all rehearsals are at Wayzata High School (WHS), room E245, from 7PM to 9 PM, and performances will take place in either Auditorium 1 or 2 at 4 PM for Cycles I through IV.

The following is the standard day-of concert logistics timeline unless otherwise noted:

  • 2:00PM – Call time for conductor & operations/logistics coordinators

  • 2:15PM – Call time for designated setup section (varies by concert)

  • 2:45PM – Call time for musicians - in warm up room

  • 3:00PM – Sound Check (musicians on stage)

  • 3:30PM – Clear stage

  • 3:50PM – Tuning in warm-up room

  • 3:58PM – Musicians to stage

  • 4:02PM – Downbeat

  • Post-Concert — Reception; musicians pass in music/folders if not playing following concert(s).

    • 12/13 - Concert

      • Setup section(s): Double reed, Clarinet, Percussion

    • 3/7 - Concert*
