Music Director Search

The Plymouth Concert Band is searching for its next Music Director to lead our adult community ensemble with artistic vision, musical excellence, and a spirit of connection. We’re looking for a skilled conductor who brings deep knowledge of concert band repertoire, strong rehearsal leadership, and the ability to inspire musicians while shaping the artistic direction of the band. This role plays a key part in fostering growth, elevating performance quality, and strengthening the welcoming, social culture that makes our ensemble thrive.
