Performances at Wayzata High School Auditorum 1 or 2 at 4PM, unless otherwise noted.

 

Cycle I - Sweet Suites

Rehearsals

  • Mondays, starting September 11 through October 23

Concert

  • Sunday, October 29

  • Setup: Trumpets, Horns, Percussion

 

Cycle II - Harmonious Holidays

Rehearsals

  • Mondays, starting October 30 through December 4

Concert

  • Sunday, December 10

  • Setup: Double Reeds, Clarinets, Percussion

 

Cycle III - Songs of the Sea

Rehearsals

  • Mondays, starting January 8 through March 4

  • No rehearsal Jan 15, Feb 19

Concert

  • Sunday, March 10

  • Setup: Saxophones, Flutes, Percussion

 

Cycle IV - Broadway Brilliance (w/ Guest Artist)

Rehearsals

  • Mondays, starting March 11 through April 29

  • No rehearsal April 1

Concert

  • Sunday, May 5, Auditorium 1

  • Low Brass, Percussion

 

Day of Logistics (for standard 4PM concerts)

  • 2:00PM – Call time for Conductor + Operations/Logistics Coordinators

  • 2:15PM – Call time for designated setup section (varies by concert)

  • 2:45PM – Call time for musicians - in warm up room

  • 3:00PM – Sound Check (musicians on stage)

  • 3:30PM – Clear stage

  • 3:50PM – Tuning in warm-up room

  • 3:58PM – Musicians to stage

  • 4:02PM – Downbeat

  • Post-Concert – Social. Musicians pass in music/folders if not playing future concerts.

 

Summer Series

Rehearsals

  • Mondays, starting May 6 through June 10

  • No rehearsal May 27
